The story about Uncle Herb (Herbert Romp) and Aunt Emily is a nice one. She told me that they had been sweethearts and then had gone theirseparate ways in life about 1920, each marrying someone else and eachhaving a very long marriage until their spouses passed away (in her case, my Uncle George Shaw in 1966). They found each other again afternot having seen each other for 50+ years and were married and lived happily ever after into their old age.
