KEYT, D. L., of Perrydale, was born in Perrydale, Polk County, Oregon, March 2, 1862. He has lived there continuously, engaging in farming, except the last five years, being now in the general merchandise business. He has been a frequent delegate to conventions since 1880. Andwas a delegate to the league in 1895 and 1896. In 1894 he was electedto the Lower House of the legislature from Polk County.
