!OBITUARY: Aaron Jacobs died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. S. A.
Michaelson in this village on Tuesday, May 1, 1900, aged 63 years 9 months and
5 days.
The deceased was born in Chester, Ohio, July 26 1836 and came to Wisconsin
with hgis parents in September 1847, lived in Racine County a short time, then
came to Argyle and has spent the rest of his life here with the exception of
eight years spent in Boscobel. He was married to Estella Barnhart May25 1857
and she died Oct 24 1874. Five children were born to them. Four of whom are
still living. They are Mrs. A. Sidler(sic),Boscobel; Mrs. Smith (?)Flat, WI;
Mrs. Geo. Sargent and Mrs. S.A. Michaelson of Argyle.
The funeral services were held in the M E Church yesterday , Rev J. E.
Webster officiating.
Aaron married Estella Barnhart on 25 May 1857. (Estella Barnhart died on 24 Oct 1874.)
