Mildred Zeman

  General Notes:

First of all I have the following Documented Proofs:

A). I have Mildreds Birth Certificate that proves she was born on 20 Oct 1905 to John Zeman and Josephine Kohler (Kolar) Along with an affidavit signed by Josephine claiming that Mildred is Her daughter and name the father.

B). I have proof that Elsie Michaleks maiden name was Stech.(obit Cleveland Press April 14 1950). Mildred's father was Zeman, there for they had different fathers.

C). I have a sworn affidavit on April 13 1903 by Julia Zeman claiming that she is the mother of Elsie Stech and that her maiden name was Julia Kohler (Kolar) and that Elsies father was Ladislav Stech.

D) Ladislav and Julia are in the 1900 Census with 4 chldren.
Also, John Zeman was a border at their residence.

E) I have a divorce petition granted on Jun 30 1905 between Julia Stech and Ladislav Stech

F). I have proof that Josephine Kolar (Kohler) married John Zeman on 22 Aug 1905.

G) The marriage Certificate #359 joins Johan Zeman to Julia Stech, (whose father is Frank Kolar)

Theroy 2 There may have been an affair between John and Josephine Stech which forced Ladislav to leave and forced John Zeman to marry Julia.

Need to find out what happend to Ladislav.

Josephines death certificate states that she was divorced at the timeof her death.

Mildred married George Valerian Lev, son of Vaclav James Lev Sr. and Anna Marie Bezdek, on 12 Apr 1928 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH. (George Valerian Lev was born on 19 Dec 1901 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH, died on 12 Jan 1977 in Solon, Cuyahoga Co., OH ⁹⁵ and was buried on 15 Jan 1977 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH, Calvary Cem..)
