s.Arlene spent her last daysat a
nursing home in Euclid.
Saturday March 27 1982- Arlene was rushed to the hospital. Her arm
had gone numb.
Monday, March 29,1982- Family was informed that Arlene has a brain
tumor.
Thursday, April 1,1982- Arlene went into surgery for removal of the
tumor. Prognosis does not look good.
Thursday, July 1,1982- Arlene is moved to a nursing home in Euclid.
July 24,1982- Visited Arlene for her birthday. She is failing quickly.
Wednesday,August 11,1982-Arlene dies.
Arlene married Donald George Lev, son of George Valerian Lev and Mildred Zeman, on 12 Oct 1955 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH. (Donald George Lev was born on 30 Aug 1930 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH, died on 5 Nov 1997 in Solon, Cuyahoga Co., OH and was buried on 8 Nov 1997 in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH, Calvary Cem..) The cause of his death was Liver Cancer.
