He came to New Haven, CT in 1638. He signed the New Haven Compact in1639. (F-62) He was an early but not original signer of the FundamentalAgreement of New Haven. His signature was simply an "H". He and JosephPeck, a possible brother, took the oath of fidelity on July 1, 1644. OnOct. 7, 1646, he and Joseph asked permission to cut wood on the commons.On Aug. 1, 1648, both were reprimanded for arriving with arms at themeeting house. They were excused in this case, since they had had nightwatch and had had no sleep. Another possible brother to this Henry Peck,was Deacon William Peck, also in New Haven of the same peerage.
