JACOB2 PFINGSTEN (Anthony1) was born on Tuesday 5 January 1864 at Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. He married Rose Schmaltz, daughter of Rudolph Schmaltz and Margaret Sudder, on Saturday 10 March 1888 at Pittston, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. Jacob died on Friday 23 May 1958 at home, 8640 Buckeye Road, at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio, at age 94 of renal disease. His body was interred at Lake View Cemetery, Section 43, Lot 1100, at Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, Ohio.
Jacob and his wife had 13 children, only twe;ve are identified. The one unidentified child died before 1910 (according to information in the 1910 census). According to the 1900 census, one of the unidentified children was born and died before 1900.
