Information in the Livingston account books showed that a Philip Treber rented a small 20 acre farm at Livingston Manor during the years 1722 through 1775. Another entry for Philip Traber dated 1/1788 had in the remark column "manor"

Philip married Maria Kuntz (Coens), daughter of Nicholas Kuntz (Coens) and Anna Maragaretha Weiderwachs, in Columbia Co. New York. (Maria Kuntz (Coens) was born on 12 Jun 1757 in Columbia Co. New York ⁹.)
