Manteca, CA.
The following is a quote off a letter from Catherine (Lev) Arceneaux,daughter of August and Helen:
My contact with all persons Lev became tenuous when my Mother moved my brother (James Johan/John Lev) and me from Cleveland to Bell Gardens (Los Angeles), California in Nov. 1953 (a month b/4 my 10th birthday). From then on, contact was seldom and then only by Christmas cardsand occasional notes and then only with Auntie Anna (Anna Lev Beitdatsch) and Aunt Emily (Lev Shaw, later Romp) who had seemed to take my brother and me "under their wing" after our Father, their kid brother, died so young and left us to be raised alone by our Mother. (Mother did not date and did not re-marry.)
Her wish was to be buried in her hometown of Ashtabula, Ohio. The funeral was held March 19, 2001, and she is buried in Edgewood Cemetery there.

Take from Helen's own handwritten remembrance of her childhood, written at age 85 in 1995. She spelled "Jun". Possibility that this was an abbreviation for January and not June but, then, she would not havebeen 16 yet on January 6, 1926, and she specifically states that she was 16 when confirmed.

The cause of his death was Tuberculous.
